Where are you located?

We are located in my home town of Nevada, Missouri.

Why do I need to fill out the due date?

Each gift is customized depending on the number of months remaining until your recipient’s baby arrives. For that reason, it is important for us to know your recipient’s due date to ensure that the correct gift is mailed at the proper time.

When will my recipient receive their gifts?

Your recipient will receive the monthly gift during or around the third week of each month.

What if I need to discontinue delivery of gifts?

We realize there may be circumstances in which you would need to cancel the order. We will be happy to discontinue the shipments and will provide you with a refund for remaining months.

Can I customize my box?

There are 3 versions of carefully selected gift packages: Boy, Girl, and Gender Neutral. You will specify which version you want during the checkout process. If you find out the gender at a later date, shoot us an email at support@9tonest.com and we will update the gifts accordingly. We can generally accomodate other special circumstances as well (twins for instance!), so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have a request.

Am I able to send just one gift?

To enjoy the total experience of the exciting countdown, we have designed it in purchases of 3, 4, 5 or 6 month packages. Gifts are not available for 1 month.

Where does 9 to Nest ship?

9 to Nest will ship anywhere within the United States. International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us at support@9tonest.com to make arrangements.

Why can't I select an earlier due date?

Each gift is customized depending on the number of months remaining until your recipient’s baby arrives, so typically we require the due date to be greater than 3 months out in order to purchase our minimum 3-month package. However, if you would still like to place an order for a due date outside our normal 3 month minimum window, email us at support@9tonest.com and we can work on placing a special order.

Why are some due dates unselectable?

If the selected due date is not far enough in the future, some gift packages will not have a "SELECT" button visable. This is because each gift is customized depending on the number of months remaining until your recipient’s baby arrives. If, for instance, the due date is only 4 months away, you will not be able to select a 6 gift package. If you have a special circumstance and would still like to special order a larger gift package, email us at support@9tonest.com .
